About the Role:

Achievement Center for Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our growing team in Camarillo, CA. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions to clients in home, clinic, or community settings

Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and skill acquisition targets

Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to reduce problem behaviors and build functional skills

Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation in compliance with company standards

Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and family members regarding client progress

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB required

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities

Strong understanding of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies

Excellent data collection, documentation, and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a client-centered approach

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Camarillo, CA area

Must pass a background check and have current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
