    We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect for new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. The mission of a Sales Development Representative is to find and set high-quality, qualified appointments and manage those prospects where appropriate up until a seller contract is signed or their house is sold. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in an appointment setting or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities: • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance • 8 New Seller Contracts Signed Per Month Resulting From Lead Manager’s Sets • You will be expected to set appointments that close at a 20% closing ratio or more (meaning the Acquisitions Agent is closing 1 out of 5 of your set appointments, minimum) • In addition to driving NEW appointments, you will have to perform a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks. • You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit approximately 60-65 set calls per month. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Appointment setting or sales experience preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
