  • Responsibilities

    As a Disposition Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing every property that our company gets under contract and analyzing multiple exit strategies to maximize profit on every single deal. You will be in charge of building relationships with clients who want to purchase off-market properties. The buyers are our customers so you are in charge of figuring out what they want to buy, and how they want to buy it so that we can work on having better properties, better delivery, and an all-around world-class service. This will lead to higher profits and more repeat customers. When we have a new property available for a client to purchase you will be in charge of marketing the property and negotiating. You will need to be firm and hold your ground, as you are dealing with clients who negotiate for a living and are always looking for the lowest price they can get. Responsibilities: • Connect and build relationships with clients, wholesalers, agents, and any potential buyers every day • Add 50 new cash buyers to our buyer's list every week • Communicate with the Acquisitions Manager on any deals that may need to be re-negotiated or terminated • Conduct market research to help acquisitions and marketing better understand what our customers are looking for • Maintain an 80% closing rate • You will receive approximately 2-3 contracts per week to sell from our internal team • You will be responsible for getting an additional 2-3 per month from other acquisition teams • $90,000 in business revenue (minimum) • Maintain an average fee per deal of $15,000- $20,000 • In addition to closing deals, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks Qualifications: • Sales Skills • Negotiation Skills • Interpersonal Skills • Fast Learner • Hunger • Leadership • Integrity • Proactivity • Attention to Detail • Poise Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
