    We're looking for a driven person to join our rapidly growing home buying company to support the sales team. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity for growth. This team member will be trusted with booking appointments for our home buying specialists, assisting with follow up calls, and managing the CRM. Responsibilities: • Setting appointments for the sales tam • Assisting the sales team by making follow up calls • Updating the CRM • Having conversations with prospective home sellers • Answering inbound calls • Other small administrative tasks Qualifications: • Strong phone skills such as communication, customer service, or sales • Strong organizational skills such as task management or calendar management • Interpersonal skills • Independent and self-management- this will be a remote position and there will be a lot of decision-making involved • Drive for growth and improvement Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 yearly
