As part of our North America People & Culture Team, you are responsible for delivering talent management activities across the market. Working closely with partners across the business, you will deliver learning solutions and programs to our Retail teams aligned to our global business, and design solutions that meet local needs. This will include managing internal and external recruitment processes for our Retail and Corporate roles to aid progression and career growth within the business and improve retention & engagement. _ This role is based in NYC, offering a hybrid work schedule_

COMPENSATION
Min $27 hourly to Max $80k annually
