    As part of our North America People & Culture Team, you are responsible for delivering talent management activities across the market. Working closely with partners across the business, you will deliver learning solutions and programs to our Retail teams aligned to our global business, and design solutions that meet local needs. This will include managing internal and external recruitment processes for our Retail and Corporate roles to aid progression and career growth within the business and improve retention & engagement. _ This role is based in NYC, offering a hybrid work schedule_

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Collaborate with Global People teams on the rollout & implementation of Brand & market initiatives to support the development of talent within North America
    • Deliver all employee life cycle activity, from attraction through recruitment, onboarding, retention, development to separation
    • Adapt branded onboarding process across all store channels for maximum impact with a consistent approach appropriate for all role & store types
    • Support Global development team to deliver Leadership development program to elevate experienced talent in market and improve retention
    • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for a range of roles across Retail and Head Office, from sourcing talent through to offer and onboarding stages
    • Manage recruitment approval process in market and own the posting of roles across numerous platforms for optimum candidate outreach
    • Lead improvements in attraction and selection to increase diversity and enhance representation within the North America team
    • Support the benefits & wellbeing strategy driving employee focused improvements to enhance engagement and improve retention in market
    • Drive reward and recognition strategy through regular touch bases with teams encouraging employee appreciation programs and establishing priorities

    COMPENSATION

    Min $27 hourly to Max $80k annually
