Job Description

Growing company in Encinitas & Carlsbad is looking to full-time Front Desk & Wellness Care Coordinator 30-40 hours per week. This Front Desk/Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for all front desk operations including but not limited to call handling (both inbound and outbound), greeting customers and clients, directing visitors, scheduling clients, and organizing. Occasional tasks may include assisting clients with services and with miscellaneous tasks around the wellness center. This is a growing environment and there is always something new to learn or accomplish. Opportunity for growth in this rapidly growing field... no experience necessary. Some Weekend availability needed and business hours are 10am-6:30pm.
