FLSA CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME, EXEMPT POSITION
DEPARTMENT: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
REPORTS TO: REGIONAL MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform a variety of tasks associated with new client deposit onboarding, loan processing and loan documentation, including C&I loans, real estate loans, SBA 504/7A loans.
• Utilize nCino (Salesforce) daily to create new prospects, maintain existing clients and document activities related to those prospects and clients by the sales team.
• Work externally with clients and various third-party vendors (appraisers, title officers, escrow officers) in the performance of the position duties.
• Maintaining an accessible and organized online filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
• Gathers or assists in compiling information as needed for loan documents, new account documentation, compliance related material and any other administrative functions.
• Provides direct support to Relationship & Portfolio Managers of the Bank to manage and proactively address the needs of clients in connection with loan and deposit relationships.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent at minimum; college experience strongly desired
• At least two to five years of experience in Loan Servicing or as an Administrative Assistant
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Requires a high energy level and strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent motivational skills and ability to operate in a team setting while still being able to work independently.
• Proficiency in nCino/Salesforce, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
