    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis
    • Develops specifications that address business requirements and fit with CMS architecture standards
    • Serves as testing manager delivering technical advice to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation
    • Support requirement gathering, documentation efforts necessary for the Testing Phase of the TLC
    • Operates test program in conjunction with development agile lifecycle.
    • Prepares esMD Defect Status Report monthly
    • Attends Requirement Review sessions and conducts test case review sessions and meetings with all stakeholders
    • Supervises all the testing phases of functional, regression, performance and UAT and Testers
    • Serves as primary point of contact for requirements, internally and externally on all subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 7+ years of overall experience in QA and testing
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field
    • Several years of QA and testing experience
    • Project management experience
    • Proficiency with automation tools
    • Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
