Job Description

RELI Group is looking to bring another member to our IT intern team! You will work with other Help Desk team members to support internal and external users. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for:

• Respond to technical support requests.
• Prepare laptops and computer equipment for employees
• Install, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
• Troubleshoot laptop and software/hardware issues on employee laptops
• Provide helpdesk ticketing and resolution support
• Support a heavy remote workforce on laptop and installed software issues
• Support hardware and software testing for employee equipment
• Research problems and solutions
• Help participate in future technology decisions for employees
• On-site support of new employees and setup
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques.
• Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks and related hardware and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot escalated software / hardware related issues.
• Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems.
• Strong written and oral communication
• Strong customer service skills
