Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary contact point for TSA COR and business owners in managing contract terms and deliverables
• Ensures all deliverables of SOW are delivered on time and with quality
• Provides the customer with a comprehensive support pertaining to planning, establishing and sustaining continuous performance of all key aspects of the program.
• Manage operations and project management for a large federal contract
• Leading high performance functional teams: management of direct reports and 45 staff members tasked with supporting and monitoring team functions, e.g: data analysis, portfolio management, configuration management, Agile management and development and support
• Responsible for a variety of contract deliverables as well as internal status and reporting
• Manage customer relations.
• Responsible for administration personnel duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working in DHS or TSA providing project management support activities
• Experience with policy management solutions
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels within the TSA PP&E team
• 10+ years leading a high performance staff of data analysts, Product Owners/business requirements, UAT engineers, Quality Analysts, and Training developers
• Must have the ability to think strategically and understand the current business processes and can recommend efficiencies and other innovative ideas to assist in enhancing and maturing current business processes
• Must include IT management and leadership experience in technology solution delivery and experience in the management of Sample Task Orders of this type, which involves multiple tasks, changing priorities, and timely action
• Minimum BA/BS required
• PMP required
