    What you offer:

    We’re looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is just as passionate as we are about regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and providing our clients with white glove service. The CMA will assist the Nurse Practitioner with all services and help clients at the front of the house.

    Relive Health Center's hours of operation: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm; Thursday - 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday - 10:00am to 3:00pm

    Responsibilities:

    Prepares clients for the visit by directing and/or accompanying them to the procedural room; helping them to position themselves for the examination and/or treatment; arranging examining room instruments, supplies, and equipment.

    Verifies client information by confirming information provided in initial visit; reviewing and/or recording medical history; taking vital signs; confirming purpose of visit or treatment.

    Supports client care delivery by helping Nurse Practitioner during examinations; preparing laboratory specimens; performing basic laboratory tests on the premises; disposing of contaminated supplies; sterilizing medical instruments; administering medications on the premises; authorizing drug refills as directed; telephoning prescriptions to pharmacies; drawing blood.

    Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; verifying receipt.

    Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

    Maintains client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.

    Serves and protects the physician or health care provider practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

    Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring to inquiries.

    Assists with all Front of House services

    Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:

    2 years experience performing CMA and venipuntures required

    High School or equivalent is required

    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required

    An active Phlebotomy certification required
