    About the Role:

    The Relive Paramedic requires client care and education regarding IV Vitamin therapy, hormone replacement therapy, as well as administering treatments to clients. If additional training is needed on any services, it can be provided by a licensed practitioner. Instead of transactional care, the Relive Paramedic will be skilled in creating and fostering relationships that require ongoing care, active listening, and educating our clients.

    Compensation: $22-26 per hour with a potential bonus based on performance. Full medical, dental, vision, 401K plan. Generous employee discounts on services. Full training program, including travel to Relive Health HQ in Florida.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and injections to clients per protocol

    Performed venipuncture, access implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines

    Perform infusions and monitoring of clients’ status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.

    Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided

    Follow state guidelines and standards

    Maintain a safe and sanitary environment applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions

    Liaise with administration and other medical team members pre and post therapy and participate in shared decision making

    Accurately use the online booking systems

    Assist with call backs to clients with questions.

    Provide documentation to administration team for submission to EHR

    Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.

    Maintains up to date education including knowledge of IV Infusions

    Ensure patient safety, comfort, and the seamless flow of patient care.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

    Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

    Utilize medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge to accurately assess and communicate patient conditions

    Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients

    Building ongoing relationships with clients by providing treatment plans.

    Meet and exceeds sales goals established by company

    Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:

    EMT-B certified, licensed paramedic

    Have graduated from an accredited and approved paramedic program.

    Previous experience with IV infusion and blood draws is desirable.

    Certified in BLS and ACLS.

    At least 1-3 years of experience as a paramedic

    This position operates in a medical facility where there is client care equipment and hazardous materials. This position is in a temperature-controlled environment but exposure to bloodborne pathogens is possible.

    Ability to move quickly in response to clients’ needs, to stand for long periods of time, occasional overhead and low reaching, and lifting

    Effectively perform responsibilities in a fast paced, multi task environment.

    Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month
