Compensation: $35.00 hourly plus a bonus based on performance.

Relive Health Hours of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm Thursdays - 10:00am to 7:00pm Saturday - 10:00am to 3:00pm Sunday - Closed Schedule: At least 2 days per week needed

You Offer:

Critical thinking, compassionate, nonjudgmental, with attention to detail and organized. Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised.

Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills is a must

Ability to demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with staff members, clients as well as with referral sources

Client confidentiality and discretion are essential. Must follow HIPPA guidelines.

Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:

Must have an active RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current NJ License Upon Hire Required

Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.

Must have previous experience in administering IV Infusions, Venipunctures and injections.

Active and up to date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibility/Duties

Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and injectables to patients.

Perform venipuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines

Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.

Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.

Follow state and federal nursing guidelines and standards

Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions

Accurately use the online booking systems

Assist with callbacks to clients with questions.

Provided documentation to the administrative team for submission to the EHR.

Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.

Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
