Job Requirements:

• Must have a Doctorate degree.
• Need to have over 10 years of experience working in a clinic or hospital.
• Should have at least 5 years of experience in leading medical teams.
• Must be Board Certified.

Job Overview: We're looking for a skilled and experienced doctor to take on the role of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. This person will report directly to the President & CEO and will be responsible for ensuring top-quality care for more than 200,000 patients in our area. The right candidate will have a lot of clinical experience, proven leadership skills, and great people skills, including being good at resolving conflicts.

Main Duties:

• Be an expert in clinical matters, leadership, and communication.
• Be part of the Executive Steering Council (ESC).
• Make sure different departments work together well to achieve our health system's goals and maintain best practices.
• Develop strategies that are led by physicians to encourage positive working relationships and engagement among medical staff.
• Get involved in the community through board participation and charity work that helps improve local health and wellbeing.
