Company Hospice home health. This is a driving RN position, at Pay per visit rate.

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

Clinical Documentation

Clinical Informatics

Clinical Quality

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)

Must have ACLS or BLS via American Heart Association

MUST be okay with the required travel/driving for this positio

Key Responsibilities ● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas ● Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details ● On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm + 8 units on Saturday + 8 units on Sunday, 2 holidays per year
