Executive Director Home Health/Hospice

SEEKING:

An Executive Director who is responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting, and management of key services of the Medicare home healthcare office in accordance with organization policies and procedures and current federal and state regulations and programs. Assures that each client receives the necessary non-clinical / clinical services to attain and maintain the highest possible functional status.

Must-Have:

• Medicare Home Health

• Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Medicare Home Health agency experience

• Strong working knowledge of Medicare

• Demonstrate an ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
  Ability to deal tactfully with the community.
