Director of Nursing SNF

Must have:

Valid RN license with multiple years of recent clinical experience including two or more years in a supervisory role in a long-term care setting is desired; BSN preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs and procedures
• Ensuring that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining and improving the quality of patient care and standards of care
