Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (english/spanish) marketing and office assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and sales. Most of our marketing is done through social media. Experience is not required but is a major plus. Available schedule listed below; however, twice the hours are available if performance reaches expectations soon after probation period. Bonus pay opportunities also available.

CURRENT AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: Monday: 12pm - 6pm Tuesday: 12pm-6pm Wednesday: Off Thursday: 10am - 7pm Friday: 10am - 7pm Saturday: 10am - 7pm Sunday: 10am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain our social media pages advertising
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Answer emails
• Answer incoming calls
• Take messages
• Data entry
• Product Inventory
• Update Computer and Printer Connection​

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual (english/spanish) is a must
• Courteous and Professional Customer Service
• Previous experience in market research or other related fields (major plus)
• Familiarity with computer and social media accounts
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
