The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position is responsible for our website, social media, collateral and other communications and to ensure they accurately reflect our brand.  Our ideal candidate is full of ideas about how to market properties and realtors and is ready to share and execute them. This is a part-time opportunity that may grow into full time with other work duties if the applicant so desires. Responsibilities: Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Qualifications: Develop new concepts based on input Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
