    Position Overview

    As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of Frosty Jacks. You'll handle inquiries, resolve product issues, and ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media

    • Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally

    • Assist with order tracking, returns, product information, and general inquiries

    • Document interactions accurately in our customer support system

    • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, shipping, QA) to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Provide feedback to help improve our products, services, and processes

    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

    • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
