    Position Summary

    As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, assistance, or support regarding our mattress recycling programs. Your role will ensure a positive experience while promoting sustainable practices and environmental awareness.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

    • Educate customers on mattress recycling processes, eligibility, drop-off/pick-up procedures, and fees

    • Resolve complaints or issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department

    • Process orders, schedule pickups, and update customer records using our CRM system

    • Assist in improving customer satisfaction through feedback and proactive communication

    • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and compliance teams as needed

    • Support educational campaigns about recycling and sustainability


    Qualifications

    • Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, email, and chat software

    • Problem-solving mindset with a positive, empathetic attitude

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus


    Preferred Skills

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus

    • Experience in recycling, waste management, or logistics

    • Knowledge of environmental policies or circular economy principles
