(REMOTE) Data Entry Clerk For Power Of Fitness
Power of Fitness is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and membership teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining member data, sales records, and scheduling information in our internal systems.
Accurately input new member data into the company database
Update membership status, billing information, and attendance records
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for fitness programs, waivers, and contracts
Assist with generating reports on class attendance, sales, and member engagement
Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits to identify and correct errors
Collaborate with front desk and membership staff to resolve discrepancies
Handle confidential member information in compliance with privacy policies
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (fitness industry a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and time-management skills
