    Job Title: Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims Analyst

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system build, testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with Revenue Cycle customers to define requirements and design optimal solutions. This role is essential to ensuring that our billing and claims systems meet operational needs, enhance user experience, and support organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • System Design and Build:
    * Plan, design, build, test, and implement Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims applications.
    * Collaborate with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to understand requirements and determine the most effective system solutions.
    * Develop and maintain system documentation, including program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
    
    • User Consultation and Support:
    * Consult with users to analyze current operating procedures, define system requirements, and identify programming and output needs.
    * Provide ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution for billing and claims systems.
    * Act as a liaison between technical teams and operational users to ensure effective communication and alignment.
    
    • Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
    * Participate in risk assessments and root cause analysis to mitigate potential system issues.
    * Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures.
    * Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and ensure readiness for deployment.
    
    • Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
    * Provide forward-thinking leadership on system solutions, identifying pros, cons, and recommendations for current and future states of technology.
    * Serve as a mentor to junior team members and role model for customer service excellence.
    

    Qualifications:

    • Education:
    * Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    * Preferred: Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
    
    • Experience:
    * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field with expertise in planning, design, testing, implementation, support, and analysis of programs and software.
    * Experience in the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design (preferred).
    * Participation in multiple phases of integrated system implementations (preferred).
    
    • Technical Skills:
    * Proficient in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims systems.
    * Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and workflows.
    * Experience with system build, troubleshooting, and testing.
    * Familiarity with change management processes and best practices.
    
    • Soft Skills:
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    * Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    * Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on complex technical and procedural issues.
    * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
