What You'll Do (Remotely!) As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll:
Support and Strengthen Relationships: Provide prompt, professional, and compassionate support to our policyholders.
Drive Retention and Loyalty: Conduct policy reviews, process documentation, and assist clients with changes or claims.
Proactively Generate Leads: Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities within our existing client base and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Ensure Communication Excellence: Use phone, email, and virtual tools to maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
Policy Review and Analysis: Evaluate renewals based on client needs and coverage goals.
What We Offer Competitive Salary with No Cap on Commissions $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (based on experience) Bonus + Commission Opportunities

Requirements
Property & Casualty License required
Allstate Experience is a plus but not required
Life & Health License is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
