Request for a PeopleSoft Database Administrator with PeopleTools Expertise

Madison College is seeking a highly skilled and proactive consultant to join our PeopleSoft team under the State of Wisconsin Vendor Managed Services Contract \#505ENT-M21-SERVICESIT-01 (RFP \#28310-MH). This short-term engagement focuses on providing advanced PeopleTools administration in support of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2, running on PeopleTools 8.61 and SQL Server 2022, hosted on Windows Server 2022.
About the Role:
This role will primarily support the PeopleSoft application infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and scalability of our PeopleTools environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep PeopleTools technical knowledge while also performing essential MS SQL Server database administration functions. This includes patching, environment refreshes, DMS execution, project migrations, and troubleshooting performance or integration issues across environments.

The anticipated duration of this engagement is through December 19th, 2025. The consultants should be prepared to start by September 8th or earlier.

Responses should assume an intended start date by September 8th or earlier. Vendors must respond with detailed resume(s) that indicate relevant experience only or similar materials with descriptions of relevant experience highlighted. Vendors may not substitute staff personnel after acceptance of the resume(s). The vendor response must include an hourly rate for services. The hourly rate cannot exceed the rate in the original Contract response and the District pays no fees for travel expense or other reimbursement.
