Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident cold-caller who can connect with commercial clients and set up quality roofing inspections for B2B and the overall construction private sector. You’ll be a key part of our team, and we’ve crafted a compensation plan that rewards your success in multiple ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls using platforms like CREXi to schedule commercial roofing inspections.
Develop and report on 30-day strategic plans and provide weekly progress updates.
Use email and text campaigns to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline healthy.
Training and Tools:
You’ll receive training on our commercial sales operating procedures to aid in your development of quality pipeline inspections as well as the systems we use, such as Asana, CREXi, and JobNimbus just to name a few. While we’ll provide the tools and baseline training, we do expect you to bring expert-level cold-calling skills to hit the ground running for success in the role.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $12 to 15 per hour at 30 hours a week; expected workweek Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm or 10am - 5pm
Weekly Tiered Bonus:
* First 5 inspections booked each week: $25 per inspection.
* Next 5 inspections that week: $50 per inspection.
* Each additional set of 5 inspections in the same week increases by another $25 per inspection.
