    Job Description: Corporate HOA Property Representative

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate HOA Property Representative to manage the coordination and administration of homeowner associations (HOA) within our corporate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of HOA operations and property management. This role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth operations for our corporate-owned properties.

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage over 2000 properties owned by our clients that reside in Homeowners Associations

    · Review neighborhood Covenants and Restrictions

    · HOA Billing - Accounts Payable

    · Coordinate Tenant registrations and HOA Applications

    · Oversee HOA violations

    · Create new systems for tracking and managing multiple HOA's in 20 cities

    · Manage emails and mail from HOAs

    · Update city/state leasing registrations

    Requirements:

    · Critical thinking skills; must be able to assess and determine ways to solve problems

    · Very detail oriented

    · Responsive

    · Knowledge of the real estate industry

    · Takes pride in their work and is self-motivated

    The ideal candidate would be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure and with deadlines.

    This is an onsite position.
