Job description
RENU Property Management LLC Buys, Renovates, and Manages homes for Corporate Investors across the US. We are looking for a Field Coordinator in Property Management to help manage property needs. This position is for a coordinator located in the Orlando, FL region.

Successful candidate must have their own transportation, license and insurance. Mileage reimbursement available.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan and schedule appointments, property visits and follow up to confirm completion.
Property visits will include but are not limited to:
Quality Control Inspections
Move-In Inspections
Occupancy Checks
Semi-annual property inspections
Move-out inspections
Lockbox install/removal
Meet third parties at the property (i.e. utility providers)
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders of the business (residents, general contractors, RENU corporate and field employees, etc.)
Effectively leverage RENU’s technology stack (largely QuickBase and CompanyCam) to assist in planning your daily tasks, documenting your work and communicating with RENU team members as well as third party vendors.
Complete all assignments given by Management
The team that you will be supporting will be focused on the below goals/tasks ensuring a positive resident experience overall, with a focus on move-in and the overall readiness of the property. Optimize the performance of all RENU contractors in the specific areas of:
Repair and Maintenance
Initial Renovations
Tenant Turns
Engagement with all contractors on a highly effective, active basis to achieve reductions in cost to RENU clients, reductions in time for performance and conformance to a national standard of completed work including strict adherence to RENU procedures.
Documenting all field tasks as thoroughly as possible in our systems (i.e. QuickBase and CompanyCam) to reflect compliance with platform policies and procedures
Leading initiatives in Operations to reduce cost, improve productivity and throughput and enhance quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
