BUSINESS ASSISTANT  SIESTA KEY ROOT CANAL SPECIALISTS

 SALARY: $20 - $25 AN HOUR (DOE)

BENEFITS: PAID HOLIDAYS & INCENTIVE-BASED BONUSES A busy, growing Sarasota endodontic office is seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Business Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team-player dedicated to the vision of the practice, compassionate, and exudes a strong work ethic with a professional demeanor. This unique role will assist in operations of the dental office and support practice-wide operational goals. We offer a competitive salary, bonus, and additional benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Answer incoming calls, receive messages, and route calls accordingly.

·       Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontist’s schedule.

·       Greet and check patients in and out.

·       Act as first point of contact for all patients and ensure that all receive

exceptional customer service, at all times.

·       Maintains patient data to include required regulatory chart documents,

personal information, treatment documentation, and account history

transactions.

·       Filing insurance claims and following up when necessary.

·       Willingness to learn office software.

·       Develop strong rapport with patients.

·       Willing to work in other areas of the office as needed.

·       Able to assist in managing multiple doctors and staff.

·       Produce End of Day Reports.

·       Provide dental insurance verification (training provided).

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

·       Must be proficient in typing, computers, and technology savvy.

·       Excellent grammar and phone skills with professional attitude and demeanor.

·       Punctual and reliable.

·       Ability to prioritize and multitask.

·       Takes initiative and is a natural team leader.

·       Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

·       Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

·       High School diploma at a minimum; Associate’s degree (preferred).

·       At least 2-years in a customer-facing support role within the dental industry.
