On-the-road technician servicing customers in Missouri. You will drive a company van and travel in a minimal radius (Columbia and surrounding areas) to customer location and repair cell phones.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.

Provide outstanding customer service—both in-person and over the phone.

Maintain the company van in top condition and ensure all tools are in working order.

Meet or exceed UBreakiFix quality standards on every repair.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of cell phone repair experience (Required) ✔ Valid driver’s license (Required) ✔ Clean driving record ✔ High school diploma or equivalent ✔ Sales experience (Nice to have) ✔ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Work Details:

Location: Remote (On-the-road technician servicing customers in Missouri & Illinois)

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour + commission & bonuses

Schedule: Flexible shifts available (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
