We are hiring for a Forklift (Cherry Picker/Order Picker) Operator at our premier facility located at 1000 Hixson Blvd, Lebanon, TN. We are looking for experienced, safety-conscious operators to join our team.

The Role: You will be operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to manage inventory within our high-tech facility.

• Experience Required: Must have at least 1 year of recent, verifiable forklift experience.

• Certification Process: You will spend the first 2 weeks performing general warehouse labor while you undergo FedEx’s internal certification process to become fully authorized to operate the forklift.

• The "Pro" Mindset: We are looking for patient, self-motivated team players. Workflow can fluctuate, so we value employees who are flexible, willing to cross-train, and happy to assist in other warehouse areas when necessary.

Important Requirements:

• Written Test: Candidates must be able to pass a forklift written test at our office to move forward.

• Citizenship: Due to the nature of this facility, you must be a U.S. Citizen and provide a Birth Certificate or Passport.

• Security: This is a high-security facility. No cell phones or electronics allowed. You will pass through a metal detector daily (airport-style).

• Facilities: Lockers are available (please bring your own lock). Only clear water bottles are allowed on the floor.

• Communication: We can get you started quickly, but your start date depends on you. We need candidates who stay in communication and complete their onboarding steps promptly.
