Downtown family owned print company is seeking a professional Director of First Impressions. At Repro Graphix our teammates are the key to our success! We are seeking to add a teammate who has excellent customer service skills, proficient verbal and written communication and enjoys face-to-face, phone & email contact with customers. This position requires someone who is resourceful, has an eye for detail and enjoys learning. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be computer savvy and be able to juggle various tasks at once. This part time position is perfect for a parent or college student working around a school schedule, or a retiree looking for part time hours. The preferred schedule for this position would be M-F, 5-6 hours a day ranging from the hours of 9/10am - 3/4pm.

The candidate we are seeking is someone who is dependable, honest with a friendly, positive/can-do attitude willing to help where needed and be a great first impression of the company!

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Greet and assist walk-in customers

Answer and route calls

Assist with collections

Perform filing and other clerical tasks as needed

Provide customer service over phone and in person

Previous customer service/receptionist experience

Experience in data entry with speed and accuracy

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Interest to learn about the print industry and assist departments when needed
