Successful candidates will:

Use your project and time management experience effectively and prioritize workflow.

Communicate with clients and coworkers visually, orally and in writing.

Use problem-solving skills and available resources to prevent or solve install issues internally and on site.

Have the ability to think and plan a few moves ahead to consider requirements of the whole production process. This will require discussing install requirements starting with prepress through production and finishing to head off potential problems based on difficulties that may arise on-site.

Understand and consider the best media to minimize avoidable waste.

Requirements:

Graphic Wall Installer (paste-up and self-adhesive).

Installation of Graphic decals, cut vinyl, dimensional stand-offs, acrylic panels & wall anchors.

Knowledge of a variety of indoor and outdoor medias and their specifications

Familiarity with mechanical tools (drills, lasers, heat guns, open-flame torches, knives, etc.)

Comfort with using various types of lifts and scaffolding.

Additional skills to installation knowledge:

Consistent attention to detail

Excellent awareness of alignment

Ability to see colors accurately

Excellent safety record and environmental awareness

Dependability and strong work ethic is necessary. Must be highly motivated, organized and give superior attention to detail. It is necessary for this candidate to have effective time management, prioritizing skills, and to be able to multi-task. Staff members communicate daily with customers via phone, email, and in-person and need to be professional in both appearance & communication. Candidates must flourish in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment and be a team player with a positive attitude and leadership skills.

Work hours: 8-5/Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work limited overtime when needed.
