Job Description
The IT Support Technician I is responsible for onsite service and support needs for corporate clients. This relates to all technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. Must have strong technical aptitude, be extremely responsive to client needs, and work well in a team. Most of all, must bring a genuine enthusiasm for what technology can do for people.
