    Hospitality America is seeking a fun, detail oriented, dedicated individual to join our team as a Room Attendant at our Residence Inn by Marriott Greenville hotel. You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms creating exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment.     WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Mopping, vacuuming and sweeping carpets and floors.
    • Dusting and cleaning furniture, room decorations, appliances and structural surfaces (e.g. wall fixtures, windowsills, vents).
    • Changing linen and making beds.
    • Cleaning showers, tubs, sinks and bathroom items.
    • Replenishing guest amenities and supplies.
    • Inspecting rooms for safety hazards and for the operating condition of equipment and reporting same to maintenance.
    • Checking for damaged linens.
    • Maintaining storage rooms and stocking carts.
    • Recording room status on work assignment sheets.
    • Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, local attractions and other amenities.
    • Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints.

    SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
    • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
    • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
