The position is a combination of office assistant and resident activity oversight including the computer lab. Person must have innovative ideas, good organizational skills, good people skills, good computer skills and a great multitasker.
DUTIES: Plan and coordinate resident activities/meetings
Prepare activity calendar/flyers each month.
Improve resident relations and increase overall resident participation.
Oversee computer lab and coordinate training.
Assist in the office with administrative duties, i.e. answer phones, file, and assist in the recertification process.
Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager and /or Property Administrator.
Qualifications:
Must have good communication and people skills. Minimum high school graduate or GED. Must have good computer skills.
