    ResMan recently acquired Investor Deal Room, an investor management software that helps real estate sponsors raise capital more efficiently, report to investors, and manage documents through an intuitive experience. The Regional Vice President of Sales, IDR will hold an influential role in working with revenue leadership to establish the sales motion for this newly acquired product in a greenfield market.

    OUTCOMES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Action oriented, hunter mentality to consistently achieve new customer acquisition goals
    • Develop and executive territory strategy to drive Investor Deal Room (IDR)/ResMan customer footprint by identifying sales opportunities from assigned accounts as well as marketing led channels to accelerate velocity of our market share
    • Communicate value of Investor Deal Room Solution to target organizations.  Build consensus across multiple departments. 
    • Become a domain expert in the Investor Management industry to develop trusted relationships with our prospective customers
    • Deliver operational excellence in forecasting sales activity, report pipeline creation and track activities using Salesforce.  Leverage metrics for continuous improvement.
    • Update and improve demo presentation to maximize conversion rates 
    • Execute a defined sales process

    MUST HAVE’S

    • Unrelenting passion for winning
    • 7+ years of sales experience at a technology company, preferably SaaS
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quota
    • Experience in leading a B2B sales motion
    • Entrepreneurial spirit to win in a greenfield market
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Creative approach to problem solving
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft suite of solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Some travel required – depending on current market conditions and territory needs.
