INBOUND COLLECTIONS HCTRA TOLL ROAD

PAY RATE: $15.75

If you enjoy assisting others, you will enjoy this INBOUND COLLECTIONS CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position for Harris County Toll Road Authority. The Harris County Toll Road Authority, improves mobility in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area through excellence in the operation of urban toll highway systems, while upholding a commitment to leadership, public service, and quality of life.

COLLECTIONS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

HOURS: M-F - An 8 hour shift (between 7am - 6pm) & Saturday 8AM-4PM + add ‘l weekday off-Sunday off-5 day work week.

COLLECTIONS CALL CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place/Answer phone calls to customer with EZ Tag questions.
• Provide excellent customer experience
• Provide payment plans and resolutions on a past due accounts
• Enter data efficiently/Communicate via email with little to no errors

COLLECTIONS CALL CENTER QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls speaking Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese speakers Ability to handle billing inquiries and address changes in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese speakers
• Computer proficient and strong Typing skills 40 WPM
• Must be detail oriented and have superior communication skills
• Handles heavy phone, and processed toll violations into the system, generates receipts for customer payments, receives and processes deposit payments, updates invoices, handles inquiries regarding invoices

COLLECTIONS CALL CENTER REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• High school or equivalent
