Job Description
The Advertising Specialist must have the ability to innovate, think outside the box, and bring creative ideas to the table, able to multi-task, balance several projects, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be open to coaching, advice, and collaboration from manager and team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the paid ad strategy, execution, and reporting for key mediums, including but not limited to:
- Social media: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
- Digital: PPC, google shopping, re-targeting, programmatic
- Print publications
- Trade Shows
- Podcasts
- Amazon
- New and emerging media
- Develop advertising strategy for local, national, and international ads, Collaborate with the creative team to create and implement effective ad copy, images, and content,· Work with outside vendors to maximize platform performance, Constantly review, tweak, and optimize ads to maximize ROI, Responsible for ad spend and ROAS goals,· Seek out new opportunities for advertising, including new markets, and new and emerging media, Manage and implement pixels and tracking for all mediums, even the less obvious ones, such as print advertising, Establish goals and key metrics for all campaigns, Report weekly on campaign performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of experience managing digital ads
- Ability to navigate Facebook business manager, Pinterest ads manager, Google AdWords, and the ongoing learning curve associated with these platforms
- Understanding of PPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA/CPC
- Ability to track trends to identify new, innovative ways to evolve strategy, grow audiences, and drive conversions
- Proficient in google analytics
