Architecture and Consulting Company in CENTRAL HOUSTON is seeking a DATA ANALYST to join their team. This is a temp to hire opportunity paying between $55-60K.

HOURS: office hours are M-Thurs. 8-6pm, Fri 8-12PM

SCHEDULES ARE FLEXIBLE AND REMOTE CAPABILITY IS AN OPTION WITH OFFICES IN DALLAS/HOUSTON/AUSTIN!

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert in Excel
• Able to work between different databases and software
• Manage migration of Data between software, platforms, and within Excel
• Software: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM familiar, Ceridian, Tableau Software, Autodesk Revit
• Assist management with organizing and managing resources
• Organize, produce reporting and data visuals, and analyze Company Data: Real estate data regarding, room/facility size, how many seats, how many open common areas, how a space is utilized, clients’ plans for business growth, space utilization, etc.
• Ability to communicate data analysis and findings with management and clients
• Prior experience in consulting, project management or architecture preferred
