BILINGUAL TOLL ROAD STOREFRONT ASSOCIATE 

$15.75 /HR.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN HOUSTON

STOREFRONT IS OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK. MANDATORY WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY INCLUDING N ADDITIONAL DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK

CONTRACT – NO END DATE

If you enjoy assisting others and are fluent in both English and Spanish, you will enjoy working as a Bilingual Store Front Representative for Harris County Toll Road Authority. The storefront is where toll road customers visit their local HCTRA toll office regarding toll tags, account updates, and past due accounts.  

  RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HCTRA STOREFRONT ASSOCIATE:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with EZ Tag questions 
• Processing toll violation payments and assisting callers with their EZ TAG accounts
• High school or equivalent
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks
• MUST BE FLUENT IN BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH
• Must have a clean criminal background check 
• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls billing inquiries or address changes in Spanish
• MS Office and strong data entry/typing speed of 40 WPM
• Must be detail-oriented and have superior communication skills to communicate with the public
