    👔 POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on:

    Exceptional guest experience

    You will hire, train, and inspire the team that makes your restaurant AMAZING.

    🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead restaurant operations and daily shift execution

    Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members

    Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction

    Manage food, labor, and operating costs

    Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

    Develop short- and long-term goals and KPIs

    Analyze sales, labor, and productivity reports

    Support local marketing and community initiatives

    ✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLEASE READ)

    Applicants MUST have current fast-food or fast-casual management experience to be considered.

    Minimum 2+ years restaurant management experience

    Fast-casual or fast-food management experience REQUIRED

    High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    Must be 21 years of age or older

    ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
