Key Competencies We Look For
While specific roles may vary, all management leadership at Brazen is expected to execute on the following:
Operational Excellence: upholding rigorous standards for food quality, beverage service, and facility cleanliness/safety (including TN ABC compliance).
Financial Stewardship: Managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory to ensure the health of the business.
Marketing & Growth: Partnering with ownership to execute marketing initiatives and driving local engagement.
Team Development: Conducting performance reviews, handling onboarding/compliance, and identifying internal talent for promotion.
Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experience (High-Volume preferred).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate large teams.
Functional knowledge of BOH and Bar operations.
Tech-savvy (POS systems, Inventory software, Microsoft Office).
Ability to stand and perform active duties for 10–14 hour shifts.
Strong math and financial comprehension (P&L, percentages, inventory).
