Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Project Management Coordinator. This role requires a unique blend of exceptional customer service skills and strong project management capabilities. Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Maintain detailed project documentation and update internal systems with relevant information.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Serve as the liaison between the customer service team and project management team, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Provide support to both the customer service and project management teams as needed, including administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong technical skills in software and web technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
