Our goal as a company is to generate sustainable earnings by being the preferred partner for our customers, vendors, and employees. We provide top-quality remanufactured phone equipment, new equipment, and repair services to our customers which include hospitals, universities, government offices, other resellers, and local businesses. Much of our business is handled through email and on the phone with little / to no walk-in business.

    LOCATION: 34550 Spyder Cir., Palm Desert, CA 92211 | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: Salespeople present a new order via email to include information to be processed. This position will be in charge of verifying that all the information is present to process the order.  They will then enter all details into QuickBooks to ensure that the order is fulfilled timely and accurately.  It is necessary to complete all details so that the order can be properly invoiced and later paid.

    We are seeking a Sales Assistant / Customer Service to join our team!  RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Verifying all details necessary to process a new order
    • Entering the new order into QuickBooks accurately and verifying each detail per customer requirements
    • Process credit cards as they are provided to allow orders to proceed
    • Answering the phones and transferring calls to the right person
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Participate in regular meetings to allow continual process improvement in all departments

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE: • Experience in a small business office environment • Experience in accounting • Experience with QuickBooks, Office 365, Sharepoint

    SALES ARE DONE VIA EMAIL, PHONE, OR WEBSITE.  THIS IS NOT A RETAIL BUSINESS WHERE CUSTOMERS COME ON-SITE TO PURCHASE.

    THERE ARE A VARIETY OF ADDITIONAL TASKS.  HOWEVER, SALES SUPPORT AND ORDER ENTRY IS KEY COMPONENT.
