Realtor Specialization Opportunities:

Corporate Relocation: This relocation program offers certification for Agents to receive direct leads for corporate employees relocating into, or out of, your local market.

Affinity Relocations: This relocation program offers certification for Agents to receive direct leads for residents relocating into, or out of, your local market.

REO: Agents are assigned to manage and list bank-owned real estate assets.

Bundle Select: Bundle Select is a new program for our eXp Agents to offer our eXp & Bundle Select Employee Real Estate services directly to corporations and organizations. It is a real estate platform that bundles eXp Realtors, lenders and real estate services together, saving employees 20%* or more in transaction fees.

Institutional Investment: eXp's national investor-centric agent division, Institutional Investment Services (IIS), helps investors and SFR operators scale their acquisition and disposition needs. eXp IIS drives investor referrals to investor-centric eXp agents and helps them build their expertise to be top performers in this industry niche.

ExpressOffers Investment Properties: Agents have the opportunity to get certified in the identification of properties that would appeal to eXp's marketplace of investors for cash offers on properties.

DUTIES: Real estate agents specializing in REVENOS programs focus on:

Assisting corporations with employee relocations and Corporate Relocation services.

Managing Affinity Relocations for specific groups or organizations.

Handling REO (Real Estate Owned) properties for banks and financial institutions.

Offering Bundle Select services tailored for corporate housing needs.

Advising on Institutional Investment in real estate portfolios.

Facilitating ExpressOffers for quick investment property transactions.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed real estate agent in California

Must be willing to move license under to exp

Must be willing to travel to meet with clients
