Synergized Coaching Solutions is seeking a polished, proactive contractor to support a client’s growth through partnership building, sponsorship outreach, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with community organizations, nonprofits, and employer groups
• Secure sponsorships, collaborations, and revenue opportunities
• Conduct structured outreach and maintain organized tracking
• Support community events and partnership activations
• Provide weekly updates and attend leadership check-ins

• Outreach to 75 organizations
• 6 partnership meetings scheduled
• 2 sponsorship/revenue opportunities initiated
• Weekly progress updates

Ideal Candidate
• Strong communicator
• Professional and detail-oriented
• Experience in partnerships, outreach, community engagement, or business development
• Reliable follow-through and independent work ethic
The ideal candidate is a self-directed, experienced professional who can independently execute the responsibilities of this role without job-specific training.
This position is best suited for individuals with prior experience in one or more of the following areas: • Marketing, Business Development, or Growth Strategy • Insurance Brokerage, Benefits Consulting, or Employer Services • Sales, Partnerships, or Contract Acquisition • Media, Communications, Public Relations, or Advertising • Community Outreach, Sponsorships, or Strategic Engagement • Healthcare, Workforce Development, or Professional Services (preferred, not required)
