    Job Description

    Do you want to be a part of helping us build the future of real estate? REX Real Estate is looking for an Ad Technology Product Manager to join our Product Team in LA, SF or AUSTIN. The REX Ad Tech team is dedicated to driving scalable and measurable solutions to reach customers across the US who are looking to buy, sell or refinance a home or property.

    As an Ad Tech Product Manager, you will partner with the Data and Engineering team to help them increase smart adoptions of ad tech in our systems and tools.You will make our reach grow by demonstrating how to leverage the latest ad tech solutions, data, measurement, and technology to solve for specific marketing needs and challenges. It will be a lot of hard work but you will be a key stakeholder in driving innovation, reach and revenue. This role will support the strategy and execution of advertising programs that contribute to continued growth for REX as a company. Deep knowledge of programmatic media, audience data, identity, and performance measurement are evolving rapidly. The ability to move fast, effectively and successfully in this exciting and constantly moving environment will be critical to the success of this role.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Create well-prepared product executions online or in-person
    • Be a trusted subject matter expert during meetings to answer "deep dive" questions from internal technical stakeholders
    • Manage and respond to internal RFIs, coordinating between teams, internal subject matter experts, and internal RFI tools to submit a fast and high-quality response to the internal requester.
    • Collect, consolidate and prioritize internal feedback and communicate with Marketing and Engineering to influence future product ad tech innovation
    • Assist with internal training and demos when needed.
    • Test new products or features in development and provide detailed feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams prior to release.

    What You’ll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree or years of relevant experience
    • 5+ years of experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing ad technology programs.
    • 5+ years of professional work experience in the ad technology industry.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of experience delivering results at a digital ad tech company, or in a Cloud/SaaS environment
    • Advanced knowledge of the programmatic ad-tech ecosystem, including ad serving, identity trends, attribution, and measurement.
    • Advanced knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and CDPs.
    • Experience or familiarity with real estate products
    • Experience with APIs and related data and reporting use cases
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to travel between U.S. office for client meetings, as necessary
