We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! You will perform collections and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors
• Deal with collections or overdue payments
• Knowledge of spreadsheets
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Answering phone
• Printing emails, generating send emails
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, excel, word, email

Qualifications:

• Previous experience on accounts receivable associate.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Shifts:

Monday - Friday 7:30am or 8 am - 5 pm or finish

Pay rate $17-$19 Depending on Experience
