REX Staffing is hiring an Onsite Staffing Recruiter to manage one of our Cell Phone clients in the Lewisville area. The ideal candidate is accustomed to working at a fast pace, understanding that clients are in desperate need of locating the right talents. Ideally, someone who is up to date with modern recruiting mediums and enjoys the recruiter role. Duties:
Review resumes and applications Enroll candidates in U-attend systems Help applicants complete the application process Interview candidates in person Supervise assembly line & help prevent accidents Document work progress in the company database Communicate regularly with clients and fellow co-workers Maintain a healthy relationship with employees and client Enforce client GMPs while onsite Responsible for directing the assembly line employees when needed
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English Must be comfortable working in a non-climate control environment A proactive approach to everything Excellent researching skills Excellent customer service skills Schedule
Monday to Friday 8 am -5:30 PM
